I ask people I meet about their life plans.
Though I might seem nosey to them, my curiosity about their life stories washes away any of that overthinking.
If they don’t want to answer, I don’t mind.
It’s so interesting to find about their life goals, what they’ve been up to, to reach their destination.
Their dreams, hopes, life changes.
But, when they turn my question towards me — I freeze.
I’m always looking for answers, and I tell them that.
“I’m still searching…”
I actually got no clue, so honesty works in this case.
It makes them laugh, and the conversation steers back on them, or something else.
